Our Story
In 2017, the FIRST Global Organisation (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) asked Confey Community College in Leixlip to set up a national team to compete at the world robotics Olympics - The FIRST Global Challenge. Since then, every year, Confey College has assembled a team to represent Ireland at the competition.

The FIRST Global Challenge is a global event that is held in a different country each year. To date, the competition has been held in Washington DC, Mexico City, Dubai, Switzerland, Singapore and Greece.
